He is affiliated with Western Arizona Regional Medical Center, where he performs both inpatient and same-day surgeries, and sees patients in the office setting at Western Arizona Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
Dr. Weaver treats patients of all ages. While he prefers to begin treatment with conservative measures whenever possible, his scope of practice includes shoulder, hip and knee replacements; carpal tunnel treatment; arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery for sports-related injuries in young and active adults; minor hand procedures; and surgical care for broken bones and torn tendons.
During his residency training, Dr. Weaver earned a Master of Science in medical education and takes pride in helping patients feel informed and educated about their condition and treatment options.
Dr. Weaver grew up in southern Utah, where he learned the importance of faith and family and developed a deep appreciation for the outdoors. While attending Southern Utah University, he met and married his wife. Upon completing their undergraduate studies, Dr. Weaver and his wife moved to Erie, PA, where he attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). He later completed his orthopedic surgery residency through the LECOM Health System.
After a short stint practicing in Cedar City, Utah, Dr. Weaver is excited to settle his family back in Bullhead City and continue serving the community he has called home for nearly seven years.
